摘　　要：介绍了高校图书馆建设与读者文化权益的关系,阐述了高校图书馆在保障读者文化权益中存在的问题,分析了高校图书馆保障读者文化权益存在问题的原因,提出了加强高校图书馆建设与保障读者文化权益的对策。This paper introduces the relationship between the construction of university library and readers＇ cultural rights and interests, expounds some problems of university library existing in the protection of readers＇ cultural rights and interests, analyzes the reasons of university library＇s problems existing in readers＇ cultural rights and interests, and puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the construction of university library and the protection of readers＇ cultural rights and interests.
