摘　　要：答疑解惑是教学活动中不可缺少的一个基本环节,答疑工作开展的好坏将直接影响到教学质量。利用网络服务于教学,实现远程答疑,作为满足学生答疑需求的重要手段,已经成为研究的热点。基于ASP技术的远程答疑系统采用B/S模式实现,具有多种统计功能和评价机制,提问和答案呈现方式丰富。FAQ is the basic and indispensable part in teaching activity and it can directly affect the quality of teaching.It becomes a research hotspot to use the network and realize the remote answer in teaching,which can meet the students＇ needs.The FAQ system based on ASP technology uses the browser / server mode,and it can provide with a variety of statistical functions,evaluation mechanism and different way of questioning and answers.
