摘　　要：文化多样性是人类社会的基本特征,是人类文明进步的重要动力。其蕴含着民族(群体)的多样性、文化表现形式的多样性、宗教信仰的多样性、生活方式的多样性和语言的多样性。民族地区图书馆馆藏特色文献资源的建设应抓住文化多样性特征,系统整合、搜集这些记载民族地区文化多样性的信息载体,构建本民族地区图书馆文献信息资源,形成"人无我有,人有我全,人全我优,人优我精"的特色化文献资源体系,更好地服务于民族地区信息化文献需求,有效传承民族地区所特有的文化多样性,促进民族地区文化多样性的建设和发展。Cultural diversity is a basic feature of human society and an important motive force of the progress of human civilization. It contains the diversity of people （group）, cultural expression, religious belief, life style and language. Taking the advantage of cultural diversity, the construction of characteristic collection of the national area library is supposed to collect and integrate the information carrier of ethnic cultural diversity and construct the library information resource so as to better meet the needs of information literature of the ethnic region, efficiently inherit the ethnic cultural diversity and promote the construction and development of cultural diversity in the national areas.
