摘　　要：农村土地流转问题一直是影响农村经济发展的关键因素,促进农村土地流转对我国前面临的"三农"问题具有积极的影响。本文通过对农村土地流转制度的法社会学思考,以期揭示甘肃农村土地流转的现状和原因,并提出相应的对策。Farmland transfer is the key factor to affect the rural economic development,which is also making a positive influence on the problems faced by agriculture,rural areas,and farmers.This paper aims at trying to explore the cause and situation of the farmland transfer in Gansu Province by reflecting the farmland transfer system from the perspective of legal sociology and meanwhile putting forward some relevant countermeasures.
