摘　　要：地沟油事件暴露出我国餐厨垃圾管理中存在的诸多问题。主要表现在消费者回收意识淡薄,回收渠道不畅,缺乏高效常态化监管机制,检测标准不完善及没有完整的绿色产业链等方面。应通过建立全覆盖的基础回收网络与第三方物流模式,构建监管合作联动机制,完善扶持政策及加强技术研发等措施构建餐厨废物物流体系,加强餐厨废物管理。The waste oil case exposes the problem of waste food garbage management in our country.There is some shortcomings in this area.Consumer is short of recycling consciousness,and the recycling channel is blocked.The case also indicates that the efficient and normal management mechanism is deficient,the testing standards are not yet perfect and there is no integrated green industrial chain.The waste food logistics should be reconstructed and its management should be strengthened.The countermeasures include establishing overall covering network and the third party logistics mode,setting up cooperative management mechanism,strengthening supporting policy and speeding up the technology innovation.
