摘　　要：本文以产业链及产业链整合理论为基础,对甘肃制种产业链上企业进行了问卷调查。在对问卷结果进行效度和信度检验的基础上,通过结构方程模型的构建和检验,表明产业链整合对种子企业绩效影响是显著的,内部整合比外部整合对企业绩效产生的影响大,内部整合和外部整合正向相关,内部整合是外部整合的基础条件。In this paper,a questionnaire survey which was based on the industry chain and industry chain integration theory was conducted to the enterprises of Gansu production industry chain.On the foundation of the validity and reliability,a structural equation model was built and tested.The result shows that the industrial chain integration had significantly affected the seed enterprise performance.What＇s more,the internal integration,which is the basic conditions of external integration,is positively correlated with external integration and has larger influence on corporate performance.
