摘　　要：自主创新是高新技术企业发展的重要途径,对于经济欠发达的西部地区来说,鼓励企业进行研发和技术创新迫在眉睫。但如何针对研发项目特征选择符合其资金需求特性的融资方式,这一问题却往往被忽视。本文从分析高科技企业R&D项目的特征入手,探究了不同类型R&D项目的资金需求特点,据此对符合不同类型R&D项目资金需求特征的融资方式进行了探讨,对甘肃省R&D融资选择提出了新的思路。The independent innovation is an important way for high-teeh enterprises （HTE） development, and for less-developed western regions,encouraging enterprises to R＆D innovation is imminent. However, it has often been neglected when it comes to how to choose the right financing way which conforms to its characters of fund demanded aiming at the R＆D project character. Beginning with analyzing the character- istic of HTE＇s R＆D project,this article researches into the characteristics of fund demanded for different type R＆D projects,and then discusses financing ways which conforms to their characters of fund demanded. In the end,we proposed a new approach for financing way of Gansu＇s R＆aD project.
