健康人与慢性腹泻患者粪便中B/E比值的差异及其用于判断肠菌群失调的可能性

摘　　要：本文对37名健康人和27名腹泻患者的双歧杆菌(B)与大肠杆菌(E)的比值作了比较,结果表明两组B/E值有显著差异。认为B/E比值有可能作为判断早期肠道菌群失调的指标。The ratio of quantitative estimation of Bifidobacteria versus that of E.coli ie. B/E in feces of 37 healthy adults as compared with those of 27 chronic diarrhoae was studied. The results showed that the B/E of two groups were significantly different, suggesting the possibility of using B/E as a parumeter for suggesting the state of intestinal dysbacteriosis.
