摘　　要：通过对黑龙江垦区土地利用情况及气候、地形、土壤、地质和植被的调查,阐述了垦区水土流失的现状,指出水土流失对水资源、土壤、建筑物的危害,分析该区发生水土流失的原因,找出自然因素和人为因素的主要内容,为在治理过程中分清主次、因地制宜,采取不同的治理措施奠定了基础。Through the survey of land use,climate,terrain,soil,geology and vegetation of Heilongjiang reclamation region,the present condition of water and soil erosion was described and harms of water and soil erosion for water resources soil and buildings was pointed out.The causes of water and soil erosion in this region was analyzed and the main content of the natural factor and human factor was found so as to lay a foundation for taking different measures by drawing a clear distinction between the primary and the secondary sides according to local conditions in the process of administration.
