综合足部护理对于糖尿病周围神经病变患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察综合足部护理对于糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床疗效。方法将80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为2组,均接受糖尿病系统治疗,治疗组给予综合足部护理,对照组给予常规护理。对比2组临床疗效。结果治疗组空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖下降均较对照组更为明显(P<0.01),治疗组在症状改善方面较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论综合足部护理可以有效治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,可以有效降低血糖,缓解症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of comprehensive foot care for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups,all of the patients received the treatment of diabetes system.The treatment group received comprehensive foot care,the control group received conventional care.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the treatment group decreased more obviously than that in the control group（P0.01）,the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive foot care is effective in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and can effectively lower blood glucose and relieve symptoms.
