摘　　要：科技创新生态化是社会可持续发展的必然选择。由于生态环境市场失灵、政府对创新主体约束与激励不力、生态产品市场发育不足等因素的影响,生态化科技创新面临困境。为了推动企业科技创新生态化,需要建立企业科技创新的外部激励机制、内部动力机制、能力培育机制、社会导向机制等。Technology innovation of ecologicalization is the inevitable choice for sustainable development of society.Due to market failure,poor motivation effect and insufficient eco-products market development,technology innovation of ecologicalization is in dilemma.In order to promote technology innovation of ecologicalization of enterprises,we need to establish the external incentive mechanism and internal dynamic mechanism,ability training mechanism and socially-oriented mechanism about enterprise technological innovation.
