摘　　要：在国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要发布后,高校为增加自身的管理效能,提高高等教育质量,对教务管理从宏观到微观都有不同程度的改进本文旨在通过研究目前高等学校教务管理的现行模式及存在的问题,达到有别于运作,更好的服务于教育质量的目的。According to the Outline of China＇s Plan for National Medium and Long-term Education Reforms and Development（2010-2020）,this article researches on the current model of university educational administration and the problems in two-level teaching management to increase the management effectiveness and improve the quality of higher education.
