摘  要:分析了大型低碳不锈钢水轮机下环的铸造特点及难点,生产中采用了保温冒口,水玻璃砂造型,电弧炉熔炼和氩氧精炼等技术措施。结果表明,经过合理的工艺设计,减少了大型铸件的铸造缺陷,提高了铸件的内在质量,成功生产出了高质量的大型低碳不锈钢下环铸件。The characteristic and difficulty of casting processs for large water turbine bands of low carbon stainless steel were analyzed,and the casting processs for the band was studied.The measure of insulated feeder,silicate bonded sand mould,arc furnace melting and argon refinement were adopted in production.The high quality band castings were successfully produced,and the casting defects reduced,the casting inner quality improved.
