摘　　要：对Solidworks生成的装配体(一般由铸件、浇注系统、砂芯和砂箱组成)与ProCAST间的接口方式进行了探讨。在Solidworks能输出的4种通用标准文件格式(IGES、STEP、Parasolid及STL)中,只有IGES、STEP及Parasolid 3种格式的接口是可行的,但直接导入Meshcast后出现装配位置的改变,致使后续工作无法进行。经过Geomesh处理后再导入MeshCAST,不仅可以保证铸件与铸型的装配位置,还优化了模型。通过一个砂型铸造实例验证了这一模式的可行性。The interface link mode of the assembly generated from SolidWorks and ProCAST was discussed.There are four general standard file formats in Solidworks,namely IGES,STEP,Parasolid and STL,but only three of them（IGES,STEP and Parasolid） can be used to import the assembly generated from SolidWorks to ProCAST.If those assemblies are directly imported to Meshcast of ProCAST,the assembly positions among the parts will change,which adds more difficulty to the subsequent work.But if the assemblies are optimized by Geomesh before importing to Meshcast,the assembly positions among the parts do not change,which decreases difficulty to the subsequent work.The feasibility of this approach is validated by an application example of sand-mould casting.
