摘  要:用亚致死量金黄色葡萄球菌静脉内注入感柒小鼠建立了动物模型,结果感染后1周内大部分(8/10)的小鼠肺脏中可分离出金葡菌 L 型;感染第2周时,肺中 L 型菌消失,肝、肾中出现 L型菌分别为5/10与8/10,在感染第4周金葡菌 L 型从肝脏中也消失,而在肾中从4周持续至12周仍有L 型菌(18/20),普通细菌型占2/10,说明 L 型菌在此处保存时间较长,在第12周时,L 型仍有15/20,从感染后4周时起至第12周组织学检查时,在4/5~1/2的肺、1/5~1/3的肝、3/4~5/5的肾脏器中表现有间质性炎症,提示金黄色葡萄球菌在机体内可转变为“L”型,并在肾内的高渗环境中长期存活,它能在小鼠中引起间质性炎症,这一病变,看来与无细胞壁的其它微生物(包括病毒、支原体等在内)具共同的致病特性有关。In this experiment,sublethal dose(2.0× 10~7)of Staphylococcus anreus were used to infect mice intervenonsly.Animals were sa- crificed at different times after infection,and bacteria isolation and histological examina- tions of certain internal viscera were made. Staphylococcus L-forms were isolated from lungs,livers and kidneys in the majority of mice,but disappeared rapidly from lungs and livers by the 3rd week.However,in the kid- neys,L-forms remained until the 12th week. In histological sections interstitial changes in lungs,livers and kidneys were seen beginning from the 4th week.These results showed that the bacteria introduced into the mice were converted by the immunologic factors into the L-form,and eventually expelled out of the circulation from the kidney.The hyper- tonicity and presence of urea in the excretion seemed to favour the maintainence of the L- forms in kidney.As the bacterial L-forms are defective ia cell walls and could induce in their host a pathological change with interstitial inflammation similar to that of virus and mycoplasma,This feature is cha- racteristic of the reaction to these group of micro-organisms without cell walls.
