摘　　要：冶金结晶器振动液压缸的动、静态性能,直接影响结晶器的振动效果,从而影响铸坯的质量。本文针对现有结晶器振动液压缸密封结构的缺陷,提出了一种新的振动液压缸间隙密封结构,制造的液压缸动、静态性能好,使用寿命长,在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。Metallurgical crystallizer vibration hydraulic cylinder dynamic and static performance, directly affects the crystallizer vibration effect, thus affecting the quality of billet. In this paper aiming at the existing crystallizer vibration hydraulic cylinder seal structure defect, a new vibration hydraulic cylinder gap sealing structure is put forward, manufacturing hydraulic cylinder has better dynamic and static performance and long service life, achieving good results in actual application.
