摘  要:针对双头梯形螺纹车削中易出现的分线不均、螺距不等、大小牙等精度问题,分析比较常用的几种加工方法,并加以适当的改进。采用固定斜率式斜进法粗车较大螺距螺纹,宽刃刀切槽轴向分线,精车二次分线等方法。保证了螺纹的精度,又能大大提高车削效率。Aiming at the precision problems that are uneven parting width,unequal pitch and the unequal tooth in size during cutting double-line acme thread. Several common turning methods are analyzed and appropriate improvements are provided. These problems are solved in methods that rough turning bigger pitch thread in taper cutting method with fixed slope, wide blade cutting grooving axial branching line,finish turning the second part and so on. These methods are not only simple and easy to operate but also particularly suit to beginners to study. These methods can ensure the thread accuracy and turning efficiency can be vastly improved.
