摘  要:聚噻吩及其衍生物是一类重要的有机共轭高分子材料,不仅具有良好的环境稳定性,而且带隙窄,是理想的聚合物光伏材料。分类介绍了有机噻吩类衍生物在聚合物太阳能电池中的研究进展及需要改进的地方,如开路电压、短路电流及能量转换效率仍需要大幅度提高才能应用到生活中。展望了聚合物太阳能电池的发展前景。Polythiophene and its derivatives are a class of important organic conjugate polymer materials. They are ideal polymer solar materials because they are stable in atmosphere and their gaps are very narrow. The development of organic thiophene derivatives in polymer solar cell is summarized. Although there's been a noticeable improvement , a lot of efforts should he put into increasing open-circuit voltage and short circuit current and effcieney of energy transfer , so polymer solar cell can be applied in our lives. Furthermore, the factors about cell performance are analyzed and the prospect of polymer solar cells is previewed.
