摘  要:目的 旨在探讨急性缺氧对飞行员心室肌细胞除复极的影响。方法 现役男性飞行员 50人 ,年龄平均 2 5± 2 .3 6岁。采用经面罩吸入低氧 (含氧量仅 7.1 % )混合气体的方法模拟 750 0m高空急性缺氧。分别于缺氧前和缺氧后 4min时记录标准 1 2导联心电图 ,供测算QTc和JTc间期。结果 急性缺氧可使飞行员体表心电图QTc和JTc间期显著延长。结论 急性缺氧可增加飞行员心肌复极不均一性。Objective In order to study the effect of acute hypoxia on depolarization or repolarization of ventricular muscle cells of pilot personnel. Methods The study population consisted of 50 Active male pilot personnel, mean age 25±2.36 years. All subjects were demanded to inspire a mixed gas consisting of 7.1% O 2 and 92.9% N 2 by face mask. The 12-lead surface electrocardiogram was recorded at the before and the after inspiring a mixed gas for QT or JT-interval analysis and correded QT or JT interval calculation. Results Acute hypoxia could significantly prolong the corrected QT and JT intervals in the surface electrocardiogram of the pilot personnel. Conclusion Acute hypoxia could increase dispersion of ventricular repolarization.
