福建省外资利用问题探析

摘　　要：福建省作为最早开放的省份之一,凭借人缘、地缘等优势在吸收外资方面取得了很大的成绩,然而进入20世纪90年代中期以来,福建省利用外资的地位不断下降,不仅绝对量上的优势在缩减,其利用质量上也存在诸多问题。该文以福建省年鉴数据为基础,选取适当的经济指标作为福建省经济表现指标,并采用压缩降维方法,通过建立模型实证分析外商直接投资与福建省经济、社会发展的密切关系,并利用模型结论深入探讨福建省外资利用存在的具体问题,由此提出相应的解决对策。As one of the earliest open provinces,Fujian Province has made great achievements on attracting foreign capital with its advantages of popularity and geopolitics.However since the mid-1990s,Fujian＇s position on utilization of foreign capital had been in decline.Based on the data of Fujian Yearbook,this paper selected the appropriate economic indicators as Fujian＇s economic performance indicators,and analyzed the relationship between foreign direct investment and Fujian economical and social development by using the method of dimension reduction and modeling.Meanwhile,the existing problems in utilization of foreign capital in Fujian were discussed deeply by the model in this paper,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
