摘　　要：目的:综合评价临床医生道德素质,比较分析文化程度和年龄对临床医生道德素质的影响,以及不同评价指标间得分的差异,提出相应的对策建议。方法:在运用Delphi法确定评价指标及其主观权重,因子分析法确定指标客观权重的基础上,采用加权TOPSIS法综合评价各医院临床医生道德素质;利用方差分析法比较分析不同文化程度、不同年龄以及各评价指标间得分的差异。结果:方差分析结果显示,不同文化程度的临床医生道德素质各指标值均大于0.05;年龄维度中,除"团结协作"得分均值间=0.052外,其他各指标及其加权综合得分间的值均小于0.05;不同评价指标得分方差分析=35.432,<0.01,"保守医密"、"团结协作"指标得分偏低。结论:结合主客观权重,利用加权TOPSIS法综合评价结果具有科学性与合理性;文化程度对临床医生道德素质未构成影响;临床医生道德素质得分与年龄之间呈现出正相关的趋势;应加强对临床医生"保守医密"、"团结协作"的教育。Objective： Evaluate moral quality of clinical doctors comprehensively, analyze the influences of cultural level and age on moral quality of clinical doctors and the differences between scores of different evaluation indices comparatively, then put forward correspon- ding countermeasures and suggestions. Methods： Using Delphi method and factor analysis method to determine the evaluation indices and the- ir subjective and objective weight, evaluate moral quality of clinical doctors comprehensively by weighted TOPSIS method. Analyze the dif- ferences of scores between different cultural level, different age level and different evaluation indices by v^riance analysis. Results： The results of variance analysis show, the P value ＆the indices of moral quality of clinical doctors are more than 0.05. In age dimension, the P values are less than 0.05, except the indice named ＂collective collaboration＂.The F value between different indices is 35.432, P〈0.01. The scores of ＂conservative medical secret＂ and ＂collective collaboration＂ are lower. Conclusion： The comprehensive evaluation by weighted TOPSIS method combined with subjective and objective weight will be more scientific and reasonable. Cultural level is not an effect of moral quality of clinical doctors. The relationship between the scores of moral quality of clinical doctors and age level shows a positive correlation trend. The education of ＂conservative medical secret＂ and ＂collective collaboration＂ to clinical doctors should be strengthened.
