摘　　要：本文运用战略管理学领域的swot分析法,在新医改背景下,针对江苏省盛泽医院内部和外部的发展优势、劣势进行深入的探讨,提出盛泽医院应加大人才梯队建设力度、完善管理机制、坚持公益性等策略和措施,并希冀以此对我国公立医院改革以及政府决策提供借鉴和依据。Using the swot analysis method of the strategic management to investigate the development ofJiangsu Shengze Hosipital. The analysis included advantages, weaknesses, external challenges and opportunities of the hospital.In order to make the hospital better, it should intensify propaganda, ensure construction of talents, improve the management mechanism, adhere to the public benefits ,and so on. By the analysis, evidences are provided for measurement and decision made for reform of public hospitals and government policy.
