军人战争认知问卷的编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的编制军人战争认知问卷（WCQ）,检验其信度和效度,其测量结果可为预测战时及准战时情境下军人急性心理应激反应提供依据。方法采用随机抽样法抽取我军陆、海、空军3所院校入校新生683人作为测试对象。用编制含有21个条目的正式问卷施测被试者,以检验问卷的信度和结构效度;运用实验法模拟与未来战争相类似的情境,再用军人急性心理应激问卷测试置于其中被试者的急性应激反应情况,用于检验问卷的效标效度。问卷涵盖5个因素：对战争的态度与自信、军人自我认可度、军人使命感与奉献意识、对战争的心理准备、成就军人职业欲求度。结果探索因素分析显示,5个因素模型可解释总方差的50.6%,各题项因素负荷在0.318~0.819之间。验证性因素的分析显示,5个因素模型的拟合指数χ2=3.217,其拟合优度（GFI）、校正的拟合优度（AGFI）、标准拟合指数（NFI）、比较拟合指数（CFI）、差别拟合指数（IFI）都在0.90以上。问卷的内部一致性信度r=0.789~0.901,重测信度r=0.753~0.882。总量表和分量表得分与军人急性心理应激反应问卷总分及一些分量表得分都呈显著正相关（r=0.233~0.373,P〈0.01）。积极应激反应军人在战争认知总量表得分和一些分量表上的得分显著高于消极应激反应军人。结论军人战争认知问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为评估军人战争认知的工具。Objective To develop an armymen war cognitive appraisal questionnaire,and examine its reliability and validity,so as to provide the basis for predicting their acute mental stress in wartime or parawartime.Methods A total of 683 freshmen were randomly selected by stratified sampling from army,navy,and air force military colleges.A formal war cognitive questionnaire（WCQ） including 21-items developed by us was used to test them.Reliability and construction validity of WCQ were analyzed.After they experienced a stress life event related to future war designed on purpose,their acute stress response was measured by using the acute psychological stress reaction questionnaire（ASRQ-A） for the arnymen as ＂golden standard＂ to evaluate the validity.Results：（1）The internal consistency of the scale was good （r=0.789～0.901）,retest reliability was 0.753～0.882.（2） Exploratory factor analysis showed five factors（attitude,selfrecognition,mission,preparedness,achievement）were extracted which could explain 50.622% of the total variance,and the load of each item varied from 0.318 to 0.819.（3） Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that five factors model fitted data well： χ2=3.217,and GFI,AGFI,NFI,CFI,IFI were beyond 0.90.（4）Scores of the total scale and some subscales were significantly correlated with those of ASRQ-A（r=0.233～0.373,P0.01）.Scores of the total scale and several subscales with positive acute stress response were significantly higher than with negative acute stress response.Conclusion The war cognitive appraisal questionnaire had good psychometric properties and can be used in assessing the war cognitive appraisal of the armymen.
