摘 要:为了精确测量兵器外弹道试验中弹丸着靶坐标,采用光电管和线阵CCD成像器件分别构建模拟光幕和图像细分光幕,3个模拟光幕与1个图像细分光幕构成四组合光幕阵列,4个模拟光幕与1个图像细分光幕构成五组合光幕阵列.给出了组合光幕阵列测量着靶坐标的原理,分析了测量误差并进行了仿真.结果表明所提方法能实现射击弹丸的弹着点坐标的测量,在2m×2m靶面测量误差小于1.7mm,与六模拟光幕阵列相比,提高了测量精度,简化了阵形结构.To accurately measure the impact location of flying projectile in the external trajectory tests of weapon,the photoelectric sensor and the line array CCD were adopted to set up the analog light screen and the Image-Subsection-Screen(ISC)respectively.A four-combined-screen array is composed of one ISC and three analog screens,and a five-combined-screen array is composed of four analog screens and one ISC.The measurement principle of the combined screens array was put forward.The measurement errors were analyzed and simulated.The results show that by the proposed method,the coordinate of firing projectile can be measured,and the errors are less than 1.7 mm in 2 m×2 m sensor area.Compared with the six-analog-screen array,the measurement precision is improved,and the structure of the array is simpler.
