摘  要:目的测量前牙区骨皮质厚度,为避免种植术并发症提供形态学资料。方法从20具韩国人尸体中取上颌骨标本,所有标本采用Micro CT和Macro Cutting&Banding System扫描,所得断面图像通过图像分析软件分别对前牙区的骨皮质值进行检测。结果上颌切牙和尖牙根尖周围唇侧骨板很薄,平均厚度为0.5mm左右,尤其是尖牙唇侧骨板厚度最薄(S6之前),平均厚度在0.4mm左右;上颌切牙和尖牙牙周围腭侧骨板的厚度比唇侧骨板明显增宽,尖牙牙根处腭侧骨板的厚度最宽,但在距离釉牙骨质界8mm之前的腭侧骨板厚度仍然较为薄弱,平均厚度为3mm左右;上颌切牙和尖牙牙根的位置偏向唇侧,根尖的位置也偏向唇侧,牙长轴的方向偏向于腭侧;上颌前牙区牙根唇腭径宽度由釉牙骨质界至根尖逐渐减少。结论应用Micro CT测量的数据可以提供骨皮质厚度的信息,从而避免其并发症的发生。Objeetive The purpose of this study was to measure the cortical bone thickness of anterior teeth area, so as to provide morphological data for avoiding the implant of complications. Methods Cortical bone thickness was measured at 20 points using mieroCT from Korean cadavers(Ten mandibular from Korean cadavers donated to College of Dentistry, Yonsei University) who were undergone for dental implant treament.All of which were scanned by microCT and MacroCutting & Banding System, and the imagines were obtained to rebuild three diameter imagines. Imagine grabbing is the first step of digital image processing. Results The labial bone plate thickness of the maxillary anterior tooth is very thin, average thickness is about 0.5 ram, especially the average thickness of the canine(before S6 level)is 0.4 ram. Although the thickness of palatal hone plate is evidently thicker than labial, but the palatal bone plate before S4 level is also very weak, the mean thickness is less than 3 ram. In consider about the position of the teeth and teeth apex, both were near to the side of alveolar, in contrary, the axis of the teeth was inclined to palatal side. Conclusion MicroCT is a useful tool for determining the Cortical bone thickness, to avoid its complications.
