肾脏小结石的超声诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声对诊断肾脏小结石的临床价值。方法选择123例经超声检查并经临床排石治疗证实病例,详细分析超声图特点以及临床表现。结果超声首诊肾脏小结石120例(97.6%)确诊,所有患者均有不同程度腰痛,伴肉眼或镜下血尿。发生疼痛的时间与饮酒、活动有关,尤其在睡眠或安静的时候发病居多。结论超声检查具有操作简便易行优点,结合临床表现可提高诊断率。Objective To discuss the clinical value of uhrasonography in the diagnosis of small renal calculus. Methods 123 patients with small renal calculus who were diagnosed by uhrasnnography and confirmed by medical expulsive lherapy were enroll inlo the study,and their uhrasnnie imaging characleristics and clinical manifeslation were relrospeclivety analysed. Results 120 cases （97.6%） were definitely diagqosed by ultrasonngraphy first time,all patients had varying degrees of low back pain with gross or microscopic hematuria. There was relationship between drinking,aclivilies and the pain,and particularly prone to sleep nr quie! time. Conclusion The operation of Uhrarasography is simple,combination with the clinical manifestations can improve the diagnostic rale.
