二甲双胍对自发性高血压大白鼠靶器官病变的影响

摘　　要：目的 :　观察二甲双胍对白发性高血压大白鼠 (SHR)靶器官病变的影响。方法 :取 2 7只 6个月龄的 SHR,随机分三组 :实验组 10只 ,给予卡托普利加二甲双胍 ;对照组 10只 ,用卡托普利 ;模型组 7只 ,同样饲料喂养 ,不加任何药物。 3个月后处死 ,分别观察心脏及主动脉 ,肾脏的病变。结果 :实验组 SHR的冠状动脉及心肌细胞接近正常 ,肾脏病变较对照组和模型组明显减轻。结论 :二甲双胍在改善高血压病高胰岛素血症的过程中 ,也减轻了Objective:To detect the effect of metformin on the target organ damage of spontaneous hypertension rats(SHR). Methods:SHRs( n =27) 6 months old were randomly divided into three groups:the treatment groups( n =10) treated with captopril and metformin. the control group of 10 rats treated with captopril and the model group of 7 rats without any drugs. After 3 months, all the rats were killed, to investigate the damage of kidney,heart and aorta. Results:\ The coronary artery and myocardial cells of the treatment group were almost normal. The kidney damage were less severe than that of the control group and the model group. Conclusion:Metformin may ameliorate the target organ damage of SHR.
