70例脑钠肽测定临床资料分析

摘　　要：目的:观察心力衰竭患者脑钠肽(BNP)水平;探讨脑钠肽(BNP)在心源性哮喘与肺源性哮喘鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:选取各种心力衰竭或急性呼吸困难患者共70例,采用电化学发光免疫测定技术检测患者血浆中NT-ProBNP的水平。结果:心源性呼吸困难、肺源性呼吸困难患者血浆中的NT-ProBNP水平分别为(3 701.36±1 508.12)pg/ml、(235.94±141.76)pg/ml,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。心力衰竭患者的血浆NT-ProBNP水平还与心力衰竭的严重程度呈正相关。结论:血浆脑钠肽水平有助于鉴别诊断心源性呼吸困难和肺源性呼吸困难。脑钠肽还是心力衰竭患者病情判断、预后评估的重要指标。Objective To investigate the value of plasma brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） in differential diagnosis of Cardiac asthma and pulmonary asthma by observation the serum levels of brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） in patients with heart failure.Methods 70 cases of patients with heart failure or acute dyspnea were selected.The plasma levels of NT-ProBNP were detected by Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay.Results Cardiogenic dyspnea,pulmonary dyspnea in patients with plasma NT-ProBNP levels were（3 701.36±1 508.12）pg/ml,（235.94±141.76） pg/ml,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Heart failure in patients with plasma NT-ProBNP levels and positive correlated with the severity of heart failure.Conclusion The plasma levels of BNP may conduce to differentiate the diagnosis of cardiac dyspnea and pulmonary dyspnea.And BNP is an important marker of condition to judge and prognosis appraisal in patients with heart failure.
