农村公共文化服务体系构建探析——从满足农民公共文化需求的视角

摘　　要：满足农民文化公共需求,不仅是构建农村公共文化服务体系的基本任务,也是其基本目标之一。基于这样的视角,进一步理解我国当前相关的政策背景,分析农村公共文化服务体系在满足农民需求存在的主要问题,试图从保障机制、表达机制、供给机制、人才队伍激励机制、监督机制与评估机制等五个方面分析构建满足农民需求的农村公共文化服务体系。To satisfy peasants needs of public culture is not only a fundamental task but also a key target of constructing public cultural service system in rural areas.From this point of view,further understanding the relevant background of policy in current China and analyzing main problems of the system in satisfying peasants needs,this paper discusses how to construct a rural public cultural service system which can satisfy the peasants needs from five aspects： the safeguard mechanism,the expression mechanism,the supply mechanism,incentive mechanism for talented people,and the supervision and assessment mechanism.
