重睑成形术同期行内眦赘皮矫正术的临床手术技巧

摘　　要：目的 探讨重睑成形术、内眦赘皮矫正Ⅰ期整形术的方法及临床效果.方法 在重睑成形术及内眦赘皮矫治Ⅰ期整形时,根据单睑伴有不同类型内眦赘皮的患者,分别采用改良＂Z＂成形术、＂V-Y＂成形术联合内眦韧带折叠的方法进行矫治.自2009年7月至2011年7月,共治疗560例（1120只眼）患者,其中采用改良＂Z＂成形术者398例,＂V-Y＂成形术者162例.结果 本组中296例患者随访1～6个月,内眦完全敞开,无明显回缩,切口无明显瘢痕,重睑线流畅,效果满意.结论 根据不同形态的内眦赘皮选择不同的术式并联合内眦韧带折叠术,可以使内眦充分开大,恢复正常的美学比例及形态,操作方法安全、有效,值得临床推广应用.Objective To explore the clinical surgical skills and effects of the double eyelid blepharoplasty and epicanthoplasty in one operation. Methods From July 2009 to July 2011, based on different types of epicanthus, totally 560 patients （ 1120 eyes） were treated with modified ＂Z＂ shaped （389 cases） or ＂V-Y＂ shaped （162 cases） plasty combined with canthal ligament plication during blepharoplasty and epicanthoplasty simultaneously. Results Among 560 patients, 296 cases were followed up for 1 to 6 months postoperatively, and all 296 cases were satisfied with completely opened inner canthal angles, smoothly double eyelid lines without retraction or incision scar. Conclusion According to the different forms of epicanthus, different techniques were selected combined with inner canthal ligament plication to fully enlarge the inner canthns and restore the normal aesthetic proportions and form. This technique is safe and effective. It is worth spreading in clinic.
