脑静脉性血管畸形相邻脑实质异常MRI表现的初步研究

摘  要:目的探讨脑静脉性血管畸形相邻脑实质异常的MRI表现。资料与方法对29例脑静脉性血管畸形患者的影像资料进行回顾性研究,分析其引流区域相邻脑实质异常的发生率及MRI表现。结果静脉性血管畸形相邻脑实质异常的发生率为48.3%(14/29)。其中伴发海绵状血管瘤的发生率为13.8%(4/29),MRI均可见较明显的"铁环征";静脉畸形引流区域的信号异常发生率为34.5%(10/29),这其中包括白质病变、出血或钙化。结论静脉性血管畸形引流区域脑实质异常的发生率较高,MRI可以明确显示,其病因尚不明确,可能与局部血流动力学的改变有关。Objective To explore the MR manifestation of parenchymal abnormalities associated with cerebral venous malformation(CVM).Materials and MethodsImaging data of 29 patients with CVM were analyzed retrospectively.The prevalence of parenchymal abnormalities associated with CVM and its MR manifestations were assessed.ResultsThe prevalence of parenchymal abnormalities associated with CVM was 14/29(48.3%).Cavernous angiomas were identified in associated with CVM(13.8%) and had typical hypointensity signal 'iron-band' on MR imaging.The prevalence rate of abnormal signal intensity within the drainage territory of CVM was 10/29(34.5%).The abnormalities included white matter signal alternations,haemorrhage and calcifications.ConclusionThe frequency of parenchymal abnormalities associated with CVM is high and the etiology is unclear.The abnormal signal intensity in the drainage area may be related to the altered hemodynamics.
