新型静脉尿路造影压迫器与传统压迫器的应用比较

摘　　要：目的比较新型静脉尿路造影压迫器与传统压迫器在普通剂量造影中的应用价值。资料与方法选择两组共76例患者,给予同等压力,同一压迫部位,分别使用新型压迫器与传统压迫器,进行静脉尿路造影,测量其在3 min、5 min、7 min和15 min加压时及30 min减压时,对比剂在肾盂及膀胱内的灰度值变化,并予以比较。结果采用新型压迫器的患者,在7 min和15 min时,肾盂内的对比剂灰度值高于采用传统压迫器的患者,而3 min、5min、7 min和15 min时,膀胱内对比剂灰度值比采用传统压迫器的患者低,提示新型压迫器的压迫效果优于传统压迫器。结论新型压迫器对输尿管的压迫效果,显著优于传统压迫器,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To compare the application value of the new compressor to traditional one using routine dose contrast media in urography.Materials and Methods76 patients with intravenous urography were divided into two groups,under the same pressure and at the same compression site,one group of patients were treated with the new compressors,the other with the traditional ones.After injection of contrast media,the gray value of contrast media in bladder and kidney pelvis and calices was investigated at 3 min,5 min,7 min,15 min on pressure and at 30 min off pressure.ResultsAs compared to patients adopting tradition compressors,the gray value of contrast media in kidney pelvis of patients adopting the new compressor at 7 min and 15 min was more intensive,whereas gray value of contrast media in bladder at 3 min、5 min and 30 min was less intensive,suggesting the effect of the new compressor was better than that of the traditional compressor in intravenous urography.ConclusionThe compressing effect of new compressor on ureter is superior to the traditional compressor and has a more valuable clinical value in the intravenous urography.
