摘 要:在不同张力下对电子铝箔进行轧制,分析了电子铝箔的轧制力、厚度差、表面形貌、位错密度和表面残余应力,观察了制备的电极箔的表面形貌。结果表明:在试验条件下降低张力轧制电子铝箔,可使轧制力、表面粗糙度和位错密度增大,但表面残余应力变小,且均匀厚度差变小,从而在电子铝箔表面形成细而密的腐蚀孔,有利于提高电极箔的比电容。The electronic aluminum foil was rolled under different tensions. The rolling force, thickness difference, surface morphology, dislocation density and surface residual stress of electron aluminum foil were analyzed, and the surface morphology of electrode foil was observed. The results show that decreasing the tension to roll the electronic aluminum foil under the experimental condition caused rolling force, surface roughness and dislocation density increasing, surface residual stress reducing uniformity, and the thickness difference increasing, thus forming fine and dense corrosion holes on electronic foil surface to increase specific capacitance of the electrode foil.
