摘  要:利用单道次热模拟压缩试验研究了35钢在形变等温过程中铁素体组织的变化规律。结果表明,等温过程中形变诱导铁素体体积分数呈先减少后增加的趋势,即在形变后等温的弛豫过程中,不稳定的形变诱导铁素体发生了逆相变。等温温度越低,等温后的弛豫过程越明显,铁素体转变量越多。随着等温时间的延长,γ→α相变速度将远快于形变诱导铁素体相变的逆相变,形成了多于平衡状态的铁素体体积分数。The microstructure evolutions during isothermal holding combing with subsequencently accelerated cooling were investigated in deformed steel 35 by hot compression simulation experiment.It is found that the ferrite volume fraction decreases firstly and then increases during the isothermal process.It is also say that the unstable deformed ferrite generates reverse transformation during the deformed isothermal relaxant process.The ferrite volume fraction can be more under the lower temperature during isothermal holding.Because the transformation of γ→α is faster than the reverse transformation,the over-equlibrium ferrite volume fraction in the following process was gotten.
