摘　　要：从节能减排的角度出发,利用高压气淬真空热处理炉取代等温淬火,并结合实际产品,实现工件无氧化、无脱碳、无渗碳,达到表面光亮净化、硬度均匀的效果和可控制工件的冷却及变形。最终实现了工艺方式的替代,又满足产品要求,还避免环境污染问题,实现了清洁热处理。From the premise of energy saving and emission reduction,the workpieces without oxidation,no decarburization,no carburizing,and reaching the light purification surface were made,using high-pressure gas quenching vacuum heat treatment furnace,combining with the isothermal quenching.New products are even hardness and its cooling and deformation could be controlled.This technology successfully accomplishes the replacement of process of products,and fulfills the demands of products.Meanwhile,the environment pollutions are avoided,and the heat treatment of products will be environmental.
