摘 要:笼型三相异步电动机的转子经常采用梯形槽和凸形槽等槽型。为了适应专用电机开发的需要,提出了采用多级转子槽形的概念。典型的多级槽形可由常用的梯形槽和凸形槽变化而成,文章对多级转子槽形中各级尺寸的变化及对整体槽漏抗的影响进行了研究,通过对两个多级转子槽形的阻抗计算和分析,一方面观察多级槽形中各级尺寸的变化对整体槽常数的影响;另一方面了解多级槽形的槽漏抗常数与常用梯形槽和凸形槽相应的变化。这种多级转子槽形概念有利于电机的设计。The trapezoidal and convex shaped-slotswere frequently used into the squirrel-cage rotor of the3-phase asynchronous motor. In order to develop thespecialized-purpose motors, the conception of multi-stageslot rotor was presented. The shape of the typical multi-stage slot was formed through the variation of trapezoidaland convex shaped-slots. The variation of the dimension ofeach stage of the multi-slot rotor and its influence againstthe whole slot leakage reactance was studied. Through cal-culation and analysis on the impedance of two multi-stagerotor slot, how to influence the whole slot leakage reactanceby the variation of the each dimension of the different stagewas observed, while the inf luence of the common coef-ficient of the slot flux leakage of the multi-stage shaped slotagainst the variation of commonly used trapezoidal andconvex shaped-slots was acknowledged. This conceptionof multi-stage slot rotor was of great help in the field of themotor design.
