摘　　要：结合生产实际,论述了大型电机采用离心铸铝转子制造过程中离心机的改造、离心铸铝各工艺参数的确定、模具结构的设计等。通过此番对大型电机离心铸铝工艺的研究,为大直径铸铝转子制造奠实了基础。The rebuilding of the centrifugal machine,setting of various kinds of technical parameter of centrifu-gal aluminum casting and design of mould constructionwere described in detail combined closely with the produc-tive practice of the aluminum-casting rotor of the large-sizeelectric machine, in which the centrifugal aluminum castingtechniques was applied. Through studying the centrifugalaluminum casting techniques of the rotor of the large-sizeelectric machine, the foundation to process the aluminum-casting rotor of the large-size electric machine was estab-lished.
