摘　　要：中华蜜蜂,简称中蜂。是我国独有的蜂种,囊状幼虫病是目前危害中华蜜蜂最主要的病害。试验以囊状幼虫病流行后自愈的蜂群为基础选育素材,采用人为感染、逐级淘汰、闭锁繁育、固定有益基因的育种手段,进行中蜂囊状幼虫病抗病品系的选育,大大地提高了其抵抗囊状幼虫病的性能。Chinese Bee is the peculiar resource in our country.Sacbrood bee virus is the major threat to Chinese bee at present.Experimental bee from self-healing bee infected with sacbrood bee virus were selected to breed disease-resistance variety adopting breeding methods such as artificial infection,cleaning step by step,breeding locked-in and fixing good genes,characteristics of resisting sacbrood bee virus improved greatly.
