摘　　要：该文将办公室天然采光与光生物效应相结合,通过分析在不同光气候、季节时段、采光口朝向、亮度水平的天然采光条件下,人眼瞳孔大小、主观感受等变化规律,研究在光生物效应作用下,天然光的光色(光谱分布)、光照强度(亮度)与人的视觉心理生理变化之间的关系,整理在不同光色下瞳孔变化与亮度水平函数关系式,以期能提出符合节能要求、有利于办公人员身心健康及提高工作效率的办公空间采光环境方案,完善办公空间天然采光的健康模式,从而进一步促进绿色照明和健康照明。This paper will be natural lighting and light office biological effects combined,through the analysis in Chongqing area of different light climate,season time,delighting mouth orientation,brightness levels of natural lighting conditions,the human eye pupil size,subjective feeling change rule,research in light biological effect,the natural light of light color（spectral distribution）,light intensity（brightness） and visual psychology physiological changes,the relationship between the arrangement of different light color and brightness changes under the pupil level function equation,so as to put forward meet energy requirements,and benefit to the office personnel health of body and mind and improve the work efficiency of office space delighting environment program,perfect the office space of natural lighting health mode,thus further promote green lighting and health lighting.
