成都市居民血脂现况及危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查成都市40～79岁人群血脂水平及血脂异常的流行情况,以对血脂异常的有效干预提供流行病学依据。方法于2008年6～10月采用随机整群抽样的方法对成都市40～79岁5205例居民进行基线问卷调查、体检,并对其空腹血浆血脂进行检测。结果该人群的三酰甘油(TG)、血浆总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)TG、TC、LDL-C水平在50岁以后明显升高,女性较男性明显(P<0.05)。血脂异常总的患病率为20.24%,其中高三酰甘油血症(HTG)、高胆固醇血症(HTC)、高低密度脂蛋白血症(HLDL-C)、低高密度脂蛋白血症(LHDL-C)分别为12.59%、4.89%、2.25%、9.95%,以HTG为主要类型。血脂异常与BMI、腹型肥胖呈正相关关系。结论成都市50岁以上人群血脂水平及血脂异常的患病率随年龄的增加而增高,女性尤为突出。血脂异常以HTG为主要类型,BMI、腹型肥胖是血脂异常的独立危险因素。应加强对50岁以上人群,尤其是女性血脂的监测。Objective To study the status of prevalence of plasma lipids level and dyslipidemia among residents aged from 40 to 79 in Chengdu and provide evidence for taking prevention measures.Methods By the means of the cluster random sampling,a questionnaire survey,medical examination and detection of fasting plasma lipid were conducted among 5205 residents aged from 40 to 79 in Chengdu,from June to october in 2008.Results The mean triglyceride（TG）,cholesterol（TC）,low-density lipop rotein cholesterol（LDL-C） level increased clearly after 50 years old,this case in women increased more clearly.Prevalence of dyslipidemia of this population was 20.24%,Prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia（HTG）,hypercholesterolemia（HTC）,high blood low-density lipop rotein cholesterol（HLDL-C） and low blood high-density lipop rotein cholesterol（LHDL-C） were 12.59%,4.89%,2.25% and 9.95%,respectively,HTG was the main type.Dyslipidemia was positive correlation with Body mass index（BMI） and abdominal obesity.Conclusion The level of plasma lipid and dyslipidemia in population aged 50 years and above in Chengdu increase gradually as age increases.HTG is of the main type of dyslipidemia,BMI and abdominal obesity are independent risk factors of dyslipidemia.We should strengthen monitoring plasma lipid among people aged 50 years and above,especially women.
