成都地区成年男性高尿酸血症与代谢综合征的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的调查分析成都地区成年男性居民高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)患病率及其与代谢综合征(meta-blic syndrome,MS)的关系。方法采集2011年1～5月13002名在四川大学华西医院进行健康体检的男性受检者的疾病史、体格检查及生化指标的测定结果,并进行统计分析。结果成都地区成年男性高尿酸血症的患病率为26.62%,HUA、MS两病共患病率为5.28%。HUA、MS患病率及两病共患病率均随体重指数的增加呈递增趋势。单纯HUA组的年龄、体重指数、收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白均高于正常组(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白低于正常组(P<0.01);合并组的肌酐、胱抑素C、尿素均高于单纯组(P<0.01)。结论 HUA与MS紧密相关,二者发病过程中的相互加重、促进作用应当引起足够的重视并应进行综合防治。Objective To investigate and analyse the prevalence rate of hyperuricemia（HUA） and the relationship between HUA and metabolic syndrome（MS） in Chengdu′s adult male Inhabitants.Methods The disease history were investigated,the general physical data were measured,the biochemical index were detected in 13002 males who did health examinations in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2011 to may.Data were analyzed by statistical analysis.Results the prevalence rate of HUA in Chengdu′s adult males was 26.62%,the comorbidity rate of HUA and MS was 5.28%.There was an increasing trend in the prevalence rate of HUA,MS and the comorbidity rate with the increase of body mass index.The age,body mass index,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,triglyceride,cholesterol,low density lipoprotein in the HUA group were higher than the normal group（P0.01）;the high density lipoprotein was lower than the normal group（P0.01）.The serum creatinine,serum cystatin C,blood urea nitrogen in the HUA and MS group were higher than the HUA group（P0.01）.Conclusion HUA is closely related to the metabolic syndrome.We should pay attention to mutual promotion between HUA and MS and give comprehensive prophylaxis and treatment.
