摘　　要：目的观察腹腔镜下Burch手术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析12例腹腔镜下Burch手术患者资料。结果腹腔镜下Burch手术时间为(61.42±10.15)min,术中出血量为(53.33±22.7)ml,术中膀胱损伤1例,膀胱损伤发生率为8.3%,2例(16.67%)发生术后尿潴留。随诊24～65个月,平均随诊30.2个月,治愈10例(83.33%),2例(l6.67%)改善。结论腹腔镜下Burch术是治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效方法,特别适合需同时行腹腔镜下其他妇科手术的患者,术中膀胱镜检查可及时发现膀胱损伤。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of laparoscopic Burch colposuspension for stress urinary incontinence in women.Methods Clinical data of 12 cases of female stress incontinence treated with laparoscopic Burch colposuspension were retrospectively reviewed.Results Mean operation time on laparoscopic Burch colposuspension was（61.42±10.15）min;mean blood loss was（53.33±22.7）ml;and one cases of bladder injury occurred during the operation.The procedure was effective in 100% of patients,and 83.33%（10/12）of the patients completely recovered.Conclusion Laparoscopic Burch colposuspension was effective in treating female stress incontinence.Cystoscope was necessary for this approach,because it can confirm the diagnosis of the bladder injury.
