摘　　要：目的探讨微创腰椎间盘镜下髓核摘除术(MED)治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症的有效性及适应证。方法对已确诊为复发性腰椎间盘突出症的11例患者均采用MED手术。全部11例患者随访2～24个月。结果对11例患者进行评估,参照Macnab评定标准,7例优,3例良,1例可。结论结果表明,在明确诊断,严格把握适应证及禁忌证的前提下,熟练运用MED技术治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症是有效的。Objective To explore the effectiveness and indication of microendoscopic disectomy（MED） for the treatment of recurrent lumbar disc herniation.Methods 11 cases of diagnosed recurrent lumbar disc herniation patients were given MED operations;and2-24 months follow-up was conducted on the 11 patients.Results The 11 patients were evaluated according to the MacNab Criteria,the results were excellent for 7 cases,good for 3 cases and fair for 1 case.Conclusion The results show that on the premise of definite diagnosis and strict adherence to indication and contraindication,the treatment of recurrent lumbar disc herniation by proficiently performing MED technology is effective.
