论著非毒性甲状腺肿^(131)I治疗临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价131I治疗非毒性甲状腺肿临床疗效。方法非毒性甲状腺肿患者98例(24例甲状腺功能减退),经131I(剂量3.7～7.4Mbq/g投药)治疗,治疗后6个月,用ECT测量甲状腺大小,观察甲状腺缩小情况。结果非毒性甲状腺肿经131I治疗6个月后显效88%(86/98例),有效12%(12/98例),总有效率100%。甲状腺质量由治疗前(78.4±22.5)g缩小到(42.8±11.3)g(P<0.01)。随访60个月发生甲状腺功能减退31%(23/74例);最长随访12年,无甲状腺癌等严重并发症出现。结论131I治疗非毒性甲状腺肿安全,简便,有效。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of 131 I for the treatment of nontoxic goiter.Methods 98 patients with nontoxic goiter（24 patients with hypothyroidism） were treated with 3.7~7.4Mbq/g 131I.The volume of thyroid was measured by ECT.Clinical responses were followed after 60 months.Results 6 months after treated with 131 I 88%（86/98 cases） were remarkably effective、12%（12/98ases） were effective in total 98 cases with nontoxic goiter.The total effective rate was 100%.Goiter mass was decreased from（88.4±27.5）g to（45.8±11.3）g（P0.01）.During follow-up from 60 months 31%（23/74） of cases became hypothyroidism.Conclusion 131I is an effective、simple and safe method for the treatment of nontoxic goiter.
