温针灸配合水针穴位注射治疗退行性膝关节疾病的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨温针灸配合水针穴位注射治疗退行性膝关节疾病的临床效果分析。方法对我院自2007年5月～2010年5月收治的86例退行性膝关节患者,在患者知情条件下,按照患者就诊的时间先后顺序,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组43例。试验组患者给予温针灸配合水针穴位(梁丘、血海、内膝眼、犊鼻、阿是穴)注射治疗,对照组给予水针穴位注射治疗,7d为1个疗程,2个疗程后对两组的临床疗效及治疗前后膝关节功能评分进行统计分析。结果试验组与对照组的临床疗效分别为88.37%(38/43)、72.09%(31/43),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后疼痛、步行、关节屈曲动度、不稳定感、肿胀程度改善比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论温针灸配合水针穴位注射治疗退行性膝关节病,其临床的止痛、消除关节肿胀的效果较好,疗效明显高于单纯采用水针穴位注射治疗,值得进一步的推广于临床。Objective To investigate the efficacy of electroacupuncture plus acupuncture point injection in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods During May 2007 to May 2010 that our hospital′s 86 cases were treated in with degenerative knee,under the condition of the patients informed,according that patient treatment,were divided into test group and control group randomly,43 cases each.Experimental group were treated with the water temperature needle acupuncture points（Liangqiu,a sea of blood,the eye within the knee,calf nose,Ashi）injection,the control group was given acupuncture point injection water treatment,that seven days for a course,after two courses the clinical efficacy and treatment groups before and after knee acore for statistical analysis.Results Experimantal group and control group were 88.37% of clinical efficacy（38/43）,72.09%（31/43）,the difference was significant（P0.05）;after the treatment of pain,walking,flexion mobility,sense of instability,swelling and there was significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion The results show that water temperature needle acupuncture point injection treatment with degenerative knee joint disease,its clinical pain,eliminate joint swelling is better,efficacy was significantly higher than the use of acupuncture point injection water treatment worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
