摘 要:目的观察二氧化钛紫外光催化反应器对水中大肠杆菌的杀灭效果。方法应用滤膜过滤法定量检测水中大肠杆菌,对二氧化钛紫外光反应器杀菌效果进行评价,同时与紫外光反应器杀菌效果作平行比较。结果二氧化钛紫外光催化反应器和紫外光反应器均以0.2 m3/h曝气量分别处理染菌水体20 min和10 min后取样,检测水中大肠杆菌的变化。水样接种物培养20 h,对水中大肠杆菌平均杀灭率分别为99.984%和99.999%,继续培养至40 h,对水中大肠杆菌平均杀灭率分别为99.951%和99.807%。结论二氧化钛紫外光催化反应器和单独紫外光反应器对水中大肠杆菌均有一定杀灭作用,但水样接种物培养至40 h后计数,显示前者杀灭率高于后者。Objective To observe the disinfection efficacy of titanium dioxide UV photocatalytic reactor to Escherichia coli in water.Methods Membrane filter method was applied to detect and evaluate the disinfection efficacy of both titanium dioxide UV photocatalytic reactor and UV reactor quantitatively.Results In condition of aeration(0.2 m3/h),the water contaminated with E.coli was treated by titanium dioxide UV photocatalytic reactor and UV reactor for 20 min and 10min respectively.After that,water sample was inoculated for 20 h.The average killing rate of E.coli in water was 99.984% and 99.999% respectively.While continue inoculation until 40 h,the rate was 99.951% and 99.807% respectively.Conclusion Both reactors can kill E.coli,when continue inoculation until 40 h,the average killing rate of titanium dioxide UV photocatalytic reactor was higher than that of UV reactor.
