摘　　要：目的了解台州地区消毒供应中心的设备使用和管理现状,建立集中化管理消毒供应中心。方法通过现场调查和回顾性调查方法,对台州市4所二、三级医院的消毒供应中心硬件建设和管理现状进行了调查。结果所调查的4所医院的消毒供应中心清洗消毒物品管理模式集中管理和分散管理各占50%。供应室工作面积与床位数比,最高为1.25,最低为0.28。所有医院消毒供应室均配有超声清洗器、干燥柜及清洗喷枪,都拥有脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器。供应室专职人员≥41岁者占42.59%,其余均为≤40岁人员,没有专业学历人员占55.56%。结论所调查的各医院消毒供应中心建筑布局和设备配置上不完善,管理模式比较落后,工作人员年龄偏高、学历偏低,需要加大经济投入和改进现状。Objective To know the equipment using and management status of central sterile supply departments（CSSD）,in order to build up a regional management.Method On-site and retrospective investigation were used to investigate information of the equipment construction and management status of different levels of CSSD in four hospitals in Taizhou area.Results In the four CSSD,two were supplied with all sterile goods for all of departments of hospital and the other two only for wards.The ratio between CSSD area and hospital beds is between 0.28 to 1.25.All CSSD are equipped with ultrasonic cleaner,drying cabinet,spraying gun and vacuum-pulse sterilizer.42.59% working staff＇s age was over 41,and the persons who professional degree was 55.56%.Conclusion Current problems were limited building area,less effectiveness of equipment,obsolete management methods and unqualified staff.Investment is required to put on CSSD and make improvement on all aspects.
