克拉玛依市不同人群梅毒防治知识知晓率调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解新疆克拉玛依市不同人群的梅毒防治知识知晓情况,为制定下一步健康教育提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,对克拉玛依市一般人群和高危人群进行匿名问卷调查,同时运用Spss 15.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果共调查785人,回收有效问卷783份,调查城市居民187人,流动人口200人,校内青少年191人,暗娼205人,同性恋44人。梅毒防治知识总知晓率在一般人群中,城市居民、流动人口、校内青少年分别为79.08%、74.50%和68.85%,一般人群间知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ2=41.42,P<0.01);在高危人群中,暗娼、同性恋分别为82.72%、79.55%,高危人群间知晓率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.94,P>0.05)。结论新疆克拉玛依市各类人群梅毒防治知晓率普遍较低,应将梅毒防治知识与艾滋病防治知识整合宣传,并加强宣传教育力度。Objective To understand awareness rate of knowledge related to syphilis among different population in Karamay,and to provide basis for adjusting and developing relevant health education policy.Methods The high risk population and the general population in Karamay were selected by randomized cluster sampling and interviewed with standard questionnaires.All of the data were analyzed with Spss 15.0.Results Of the 785 individuals,783 were regarded as effective respondents,including 187 of urban residents,200 of floating population,191 of school adolescents,205 of unlicensed prostitute and 44 of homosexuality group.The awareness rate of knowledge related to syphilis prevention was 79.08% in urban residents,74.50% in floating population,68.85% in school adolescents,82.72% in unlicensed prostitute and 79.55% in homosexuality group.There was statistical difference among the general population（χ2=41.42,P0.01） and no statistical difference between the high risk population（χ2=1.94,P0.05）.Conclusions The awareness rate of knowledge related to syphilis prevention among the above population is generally low,and knowledge of syphilis prevention should be integrated with AIDS control information to strengthen heal education in the population.
