摘 要:目的分析探讨处于不同海拔高度的高原环境对部队官兵的精液质量和生殖激素的影响。方法应用WLJY-9000型伟力彩色精子质量全自动分析系统和放射免疫技术分别对西藏海拔5347m、海拔3700m,格尔木海拔2800m及成都海拔700m(平原组)4组驻军官兵进行精液质量分析和生殖激素的检测。4组均为健康男性官兵,每组30名,平原组为对照组。结果(1)精子活力参数比较:海拔5347m组、海拔3700m组和海拔2800m组,这3组精子活率均低于平原组(P〈0.01),并随着海拔高度的升高,呈下降趋势。(2)精子动态参数比较:海拔5347m组、海拔3700m组和海拔2800m组,与平原组相比精子平均曲线运动速度(VCL)、平均路径速度(VAP)、运动的直线性(LIN)、运动的前向性(STR)差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);海拔5347m组、海拔3700m组的精子平均直线运动速度(VSL)显著低于平原组(P〈0.05);精子平均鞭打频率(BCF)、运动的摆动性(WOB)在各组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。(3)生殖激素:海拔5347m组、海拔3700m组的睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E2)分别低于海拔2800m组和平原组(P〈0.01),同时随着海拔高度的升高,下降趋势更明显。其他生殖激素各组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论高原环境对男性精液质量和生殖激素具有一定的影响,并且随着海拔高度的增加,影响严重程度增加。Objective To investigate the changes of male soldiers' sperm quality and sex hormone at different altitudes in plateau. Methods Sperm quality and sex hormone levels of 30 male soldiers at 5347m altitude in Tibet, 30 male soldiers at 3700m altitude in Tibet, and 30 male soldiers at 2800m altitude in Geermu were respectively detected by WLJY9000 computer-assisted self assessment (WEILI Company, BEIJING) and radio-immunity. Thirty male soldiers at 700m altitude in Chengdu were used as the control group. Results The sperm motility rate of the group at 5347m altitude, the group at 3700m altitude and the group at 2800m altitude were lower than that of the group at 700m altitude significantly (P〈0.05). The higher altitude, the lower sperm motility rate was. Compared with those of the group at 700m altitude the, mean curvilinear velocity, mean average path, mean percentage lineality and mean percentage straightness of other groups were all changed significantly(P〈0.01). The mean straight-line velocity of the group at 5347m altitude and group at 3 700m altitude were lower than that of the group at 700m altitude significantly(P〈0.01). There was no significant difference in mean beat cross frequency and swing among the 4 groups(P〉0.05). Testosterone levels and estradiol levels of the group at 5347m altitude and group at 3700m altitude were lower than that of the group at 2800m altitude and group at 700m significantly (P〈0.01).The higher altitude, the lower testosterone levels and estradiol levels were. Conelusion Living on plateau might affect male's sperm quality and sex hormone level .The higher altitude, the severer the case.
