强心通脉颗粒干预慢性心力衰竭的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中医药强心通脉颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效。方法将280例患者随机分为两组,对照组予西医常规对症治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用强心通脉颗粒。观察治疗前后心衰积分(采用lee氏)、心功能测定、6 min步行试验及中医证候疗效积分的变化。结果治疗组心衰积分、心功能测定、6 min步行试验、中医证候疗效改善优于对照组。结论中医药强心通脉颗粒能显著提高慢性心力衰竭临床疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Qiangxintongmai Granules in chronic heart failure.Methods：280 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group with routine western medicine treatment and the treatment group with conventional treatment combined with Qiangxintongmai Granules.Indices in 2 groups were observe before and after treatment such as the heart failure score（Lee ＇s）,the cardiac function EF determination,the 6 minute walk test and the TCM symptoms score changes.Results：In the treatment group,the heart failure,the heart function test,the scoring a 6 minutes walking test and the effect of TCM symptom score were better than those in the control group.Conclusion：Qiangxintongmai Granules can obviously improve clinical curative effect in treating chronic heart failure.
